Baked camembert with Maille mustard

                                                Ingredients
- 1 camembert
 - 1 medium garlic clove
 - 1 rosemary sprig
 - 2 tbsp Maille honey Dijon mustard or Maille honey mustard with Modena balsamic vinegar
 - pitta or grissini, to serve
 
Step by step
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6. Place the camembert in a cocotte or a shallow heatproof dish and make a slit in the top. Push in the garlic clove, lay the rosemary sprig on top and bake in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes.
 - Remove from the oven, add the mustard to the centre and gently swirl to combine.
 - Serve with baked pitta breads or grissini.
