Baked camembert with Maille mustard

Try this indulgent baked camembert that's deliciously flavoured with Maille mustard

Ingredients

  • 1 camembert
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 2 tbsp Maille honey Dijon mustard or Maille honey mustard with Modena balsamic vinegar
  • pitta or grissini, to serve

Step by step

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6. Place the camembert in a cocotte or a shallow heatproof dish and make a slit in the top. Push in the garlic clove, lay the rosemary sprig on top and bake in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven, add the mustard to the centre and gently swirl to combine.
  3. Serve with baked pitta breads or grissini.
