Honey and almond frozen yogurt
Serves 4-6 | prep 15 mins | total time
- 40g almonds, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 500g 10% fat Greek-style natural yogurt
- 5 tbsp clear honey
Make a few days in advance.
- Combine all the ingredients, pour into a 1 litre plastic container, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours. Beat well with a fork or whisk every 2 hours.
- Allow to soften for 20 minutes in the fridge before serving.
Tip For an altenative, try blending the yogurt and icing sugar with some frozen berries and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, then sieve before freezing as above.
