Ingredients

  • 400ml cashew or almond milk
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • a pinch of sea salt flakes
  • 1 tsp agave syrup or honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • a grating of nutmeg, plus extra to serve

Step by step

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small pan. Bring to a simmer and whisk until combined and heated through. Pour into mugs, discarding the cinnamon stick. Sprinkle with a little more nutmeg to serve.
