Oreo crunch parfait
Makes 4 parfaits | prep 10 minutes, plus chilling |
- 300ml whipping cream
- 250g strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 8 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed
- Pour the cream into a bowl and whip until softly peaking. Place a layer of strawberries in the bases of 4 small glasses. Spoon a layer of cream over the top then sprinkle over half the crushed cookies.
- Repeat the layers once more then chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
