Ingredients
2 ripe organic avocados, peeled and de-stoned
4 tbsp organic natural Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lime
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
100g pack Sainsbury’s SO Organic ASC Scottish Smoked Salmon, cut into thin ribbons
Chives, to garnish
Method
1. Put the avocado, yogurt, lime juice and garlic into a blender and blitz until smooth and combined.
2. Spoon the avocado mixture into shot glasses or mini canapé glasses.
3. Top with the salmon, garnish with the chives and season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with chilled glasses of Cono Sur Organic Sauvignon Blanc.
Make it vegan
Switch the Greek yogurt for a plantbased yogurt and replace the smoked salmon with chopped fresh cherry tomatoes or pickled carrot ribbons.
