Looking for a sustainable wine that is just as delicious served with food as it is sipped on its own? Try Cono Sur Organic Sauvignon Blanc
Sustainability has always been at the heart of Cono Sur. Cycle around the picturesque organic vineyards in Chile and you’ll see all kinds of native plants and wildflowers, which provide homes for an abundance of wildlife including wild geese, bees and butterflies. These natural ‘key workers’ help boost biodiversity and enrich soils to promote the growth of healthier vines and to produce superior grapes that are free from chemicals. These perfectly ripe grapes are then used to make wines that are pure in both expression and identity, all while protecting the local environment. It’s this perfect balance of enjoyment and sustainability that makes Cono Sur Organic Sauvignon Blanc so special.
A bright and refreshing white wine with aromas of grapefruit, lime, lemon, white flowers, and herbs. In support of Organic September – the month-long campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of organic food and farming – why not try a chilled glass of this organic wine? Enjoy it on its own or served alongside these easy salmon canapés (see recipe, below).
