Are you a curry fan? We've made a brilliant discovery: Anjum Anand's new The Spice Tailor curry range. Last week we put her sauces through their paces in the mag test kitchen. We tried and tasted the Rustic Rogan Josh (pictured above) using lamb chops (dark, rich and oniony) and the Original Tikka Masala using chicken (creamy, sweet and tomatoey), and we're hooked. Just add your own garnish like chilli, coriander or yogurt, and serve them with naan – easy peasy. Give them a try...
