We're launching our 'Create a winning cake' competition at the show – we want your ideas for decorating a show-stopping celebration cake to mark the 20th birthday of Sainsbury's magazine.

There are wonderful prizes up for grabs from a luxury break in Dorset to a KitchenAid mixer and signed copies of Eric Lanlard's gorgeous chocolate book. The magazine team and master baker Eric Lanlard will judge the designs of six finalists at The Cake & Bake Show in London in September (details can also be found on page 123 of our May issue).
