Meet Sandy and Clément

Chef Sandy and sommelier Clément met while working at London wine bar/restaurant Terroirs. Sandy, who’d worked alongside Henry Harris at Racine, went on to become head chef and later managing director of The Culpeper, while Clément worked front of house and in wine. They moved to Yorkshire to open Bavette in Horsforth in 2024.
