Pigs in blankets: with Rosemary Shrager

You will need:

  • 24 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 24 chipolatas

Rosemary's secrets to tasty pigs in blankets are:

  1. Flatten and stretch the streaky bacon between two pieces of baking paper, using a rolling pin
  2. Roll the bacon in a spiral around the chipolata
  3. Put pigs in blankets in the oven at the same time as the roast potatoes

Follow directions above, and bake on a large oiled baking tray in a preheated oven (200oC, fan 180oC, gas 6) for 40-50 minutes.
