Head chef at The Ritz London, John Williams has served up Christmas dinner in its famous dining room for over 20 years. Here are his top tips to ensure you get the most out of your turkey on Christmas Day:
1. Remove the legs and the wings
2. Ease the breast meat off the carcass
3. To carve the thighs and wings, use the bone as a guide and slice the meat off adjacent to the bone
4. Place the breast meat on a board to carve, so you get even, thin slices
