Dairy-free orange, passionfruit & mango smoothie
- 40g wholewheat bran flakes
- 150ml reduced-fat soya milk
- 200g diced ripe mango
- 350ml orange and passionfruit juice
Put the wholewheat bran flakes into a jug with the reduced-fat soya milk. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then add the diced ripe mango and the orange and passionfruit juice; whiz with a hand blender until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
