Who doesn’t love a cool, refreshing drink on a hot day? Why not amp up its health credentials by using green tea, as well as nutrient-rich fruit? Steeped green tea has a raft of benefits: high in protective plant polyphenols, it’s great for gut health and may improve bone density, protect the brain, and lower blood cholesterol levels.
