Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 pears
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 2 sprigs mint, leaves picked
  • 1 handful of spinach

Step by step

  1. Juice the cucumber, pears and celery, then pour the liquid into a blender and add the mint leaves, spinach and a small handful of ice cubes. Blitz until smooth. If you don’t have a juicer, roughly chop the first 3 ingredients and blend to a pulp in a liquidiser with 100ml water. Strain through a sieve and return the juice to the cleaned liquidiser jug, then add the remaining ingredients and blend.
