Ingredients

  • 3 ripe passionfruit
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 5 mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 papaya, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • ½ ripe pineapple, flesh cut into chunks

Step by step

  1. Scoop the passionfruit pulp into a bowl. Add the lime juice, sugar and1 tablespoon of water. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then add the chopped mint.
  2. Toss the prepared fruit in the syrup. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
