Ingredients

  • 3 Taste the Difference ginger and oatflake cookies
  • 1 x 500g tub The Collective passion fruit yogurt
  • fresh mango chunks

Step by step

  1. Break up the cookies into a mixture of chunky pieces and large crumbs.
  2. In 2 dessert glasses, layer up dollops of the yogurt, mango chunks and cookie crumbs.
