Ingredients

  • 500g spaghetti or linguine
  • 115g unsalted butter
  • 8 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • chopped chives, to serve

Step by step

  1. Cook the spaghetti to packet instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water and set aside. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  2. Heat a large pan on a low to medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant and just turning golden, then add the Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce. Be careful not to burn the butter or garlic.
  4. Add the spaghetti and cup of pasta water. Stir until all the liquid has been absorbed and the spaghetti is glossy. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped chives.
