Ingredients

  • 250g Taste the Difference whole rolled porridge oats
  • 150g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 60g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g golden linseeds or flaxseed
  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 125ml maple syrup

Step by step

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C, fan 140°C, gas 3 and line a baking tray. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Transfer to the prepared tray and spread the mixture out.
  2. Bake for 35 minutes or until deeply golden, stirring every 10 minutes or so. Remove from the oven and stir in a pinch of salt. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to a month.
