Ingredients

  • 100ml blood orange juice
  • 60ml Pimm’s No.1
  • 30ml whisky
  • 2 tsp sugar syrup (we used Monin)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • lemon slices and redcurrants to garnish, optional

Step by step

  1. Add all the liquids to a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice cubes and shake together for 15 seconds until the shaker feels completely chilled. Strain into a chilled, short glass tumbler and garnish with a slice of lemon, plus a stalk of redcurrants if you wish
