Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 75cl bottle of medium-dry rosé wine*
  • 500ml sparkling white grape juice
  • 200ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar syrup (such as Monin)
  • 1 red grapefruit

Step by step

  1. This cocktail is crisp and refreshing. You could also try swapping the sparkling grape juice with elderflower for an added floral note. Add ice cubes, a 75cl bottle of medium-dry rosé wine*, 500ml sparkling white grape juice and 200ml pink grapefruit juice to a large pitcher or bowl, gently stirring together. Add 2-3 tbsp sugar syrup (such as Monin) to taste. Cut 1 red grapefruit into wedges and add to the sangria, stir briefly, then serve over ice, in short tumblers.

*Check your wine is vegan, if required.
