  • Total time 15 mins, plus 5-6 hrs freezing time

Honey and almond frozen yogurt

step by step

  • 1Combine all the ingredients, pour into a 1 litre plastic container, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours. Beat well with a fork or whisk every 2 hours.
  • 2Allow to soften for 20 minutes in the fridge before serving.
  • For an altenative, try blending the yogurt and icing sugar with some frozen berries and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, then sieve before freezing as above.

  • 40g almonds, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 500g 10% fat Greek-style natural yogurt
  • 5 tbsp clear honey
