Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 300g hulled strawberries
  • 150g natural yogurt
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step by step

  1. Add 1 frozen banana, 300g hulled strawberries, 150g natural yogurt, 200ml milk, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to a blender and blitz until smooth.
