Do you know a man who's a dab hand in the kitchen? If so, we want to hear about him!

Our Dishy Dads competition is back, and we're asking you to share your Dishy Dad's trusted family supper recipe for the chance to win some amazing prizes, including a week's holiday to Crete.

This family favourite should include no more than 12 ingredients and take less than one hour to prepare. Once we've received all the entries, our food team will test the recipes (while the rest of the magazine team look on hungrily), then the six dads with the best recipes will be invited to our test kitchens in London to battle it out for the Dishy Dads crown!

The judges of the Dishy Dads cook-off will include our editor Helena Lang and food director Sarah Randell, as well as Michelin-starred chef Richard Corrigan and writer and food expert Kevin Gould.

The lucky winner will be jetting off to Crete with his family next summer, plus all of our finalists will receive a James Martin Stellar knife block set, worth £130; afternoon tea for two at various locations, worth £29, courtesy of Virgin Experience Days; and a Sabichi Manhattan toaster and kettle in metallic red, worth £50. The winner and runner up will enjoy a Cook and Dine lesson at L'Atelier des Chefs cookery school in London.

So what are you waiting for? Here's how to nominate your Dishy Dad:
Send an email with 'Dishy Dads' in the subject line to feedback@sainsburysmagazine.co.uk. Include the full name, address, phone number and email address of your nominee; the full recipe, which should have a maximum of 12 ingredients (not including salt and pepper), all available at Sainsbury's; a photo of the finished dish and a family photo.
