Ingredients

  • 410g tin chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 75ml rapeseed oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • 5g sesame seeds

Step by step

  1. Whizz the chickpeas and garlic in a food processor until smooth, then add in the tahini, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and harissa paste. Whizz again until smooth then spoon in bowls and drizzle with oil and a scattering of sesame seeds. Serve with Walkers Deli Cheddar Chips,
