Ingredients

  • 4 Jacob's Chive Crispbreads
  • 80g soft white cheese
  • 1 x 120g pack mild smoked salmon
  • a handful of fresh chives, snipped
  • half a lemon

Step by step

  1. Spread the crackers with the soft cheese.
  2. Top each cracker with folds of smoked salmon.
  3. Sprinkle each one with chives, a squeeze of lemon juice and a little cracked black pepper and serve.
