How to plate up lemon meringue tart

Jo Wheatley is a Great British Bake Off champion (2011) and has a regular baking column in Sainsbury's magazine. She shares her tips to create a dazzling dessert:

1. Bake your tart in a rectangular tin to make an attractive slice

2. Brush a single stripe of fruit coulis across your plate in a contrasting colour

3. Brûlée tips of the meringue with a blow torch to finish
